The game’s fairness feel is commendable, as I rarely encounter unbalanced matchups, but I wish the support team responded faster to inquiries. I’ve experienced a couple of disconnections mid-game, which is quite annoying, especially in ranked matches. Overall, this app has a lot of potential; however, I hope they consider reducing ad frequency to enhance enjoyment.

I appreciate the customer support team; they are responsive and address issues promptly. There are times when I’m disconnected unexpectedly, which disrupts my progress, so better connectivity options would be ideal. Overall, the app strikes a good balance between casual play and strategic thinking, though there’s room for improvement in addressing glitches.
