The platform is very intuitive and easy to deposit and withdraw, some games had problems loading and crashed in the game, tested both on mobile and PC, but the platform reloads the lobby and the bet is not deducted from the balance if it crashes.Support worksFast withdrawalDeposit comes in on timeVery accessible and intuitive platformSome games crash and go back to the lobbyProblem with editing the profile, I called support to solve it

i used to love bitplay. but last night i sent my deposit and they never put it on my game. i have spent at least an hour talking to live chat support, who has made it abundantly clear that they do not care to help me. i have emailed support and attached my ltc receipt and transaction hash to prove payment. they haven't bothered replying. live support has blocked me, although i was not offensive or belligerent. i tried to call and i get a recording saying the line is currently busy. at this point, i have no other choice than to believe that they have stolen my money. and all the while, i am being treated as though i am the one who has done something wrong. UNACCEPTABLE!
