I had a long and stressful dispute with an online casino that was holding my withdrawal for weeks, refusing my documents over and over again. I decided to open a complaint through Casino Guru, and it was the best decision I could have made.Their team, especially Michal, handled my case with incredible professionalism, patience, and dedication. They communicated directly with the casino, reviewed all my documents, and made sure everything was resolved fairly. Thanks to their help, I finally received all my funds back, and the issue was fully resolved.Casino Guru truly cares about players and stands up for fairness in online gambling. I can’t thank them enough — absolutely 5 stars and 100% recommended!

I was excited until I put in a second withdraw request. Received a confirmation email of accepted request and nothing else. It's been over 24 hrs and I've not received funds yet. I've spoken with customer service and emailed them and the same reply of " our system has been fixed and issue resolved, your request is being processed". But it has NOT. It's still in pending status on hold. The new request is in the same status after email confirmation of being accepted. I'm getting the run around instead of a straight forward answer. It's looking like I've wasted money and time on this game.

Nice casino! Easy to withdraw, fast costumer support/live chat 24/7Good and active live chat with alot of nice people.I would give it a 5 but its a 4.5 since its sometimes alot of portugeese. But thats okei since the casino is portugeese.

Great selection of games to play. Generous 1st buy package as well smoothe gameplay and very fair RTP rate on the games i played.

Needed a casino with no verification and fast withdrawals. I found it easily thanks to a top-rated casino comparison site.
