Let’s start with when I open an account with these guys more than two years ago. I played that account a few times within those first two years all of a sudden one day it wouldn’t open when I was starting to play more. I contacted their support team. They couldn’t help me sometimes they wouldn’t even get in the chat. One of them told me to make another account and they would close that one that wouldn’t open so I did message them once I did and they told me just to play that one so I did I said will you please delete the other one so if I happen to win, you guys won’t deny my winnings because I have two accounts open? They said don’t worry We’ll take care of it. I took screenshots the next day the account that I just opened that they told me to use wouldn’t open. It kept giving me an error message. I asked them about this and they said to play my other one with the other username and I said you guys close that one they said no we didn’t. You’re supposed to use that one and I said, but it doesn’t open they go try again so I did which was weird and it opened The one that I was supposed to play that I just made didn’t open so I said OK. this is weird. What happens if I win and I don’t get to cash out because of this they said that won’t happen you let us know. This is our mistake. We will fix it and we will also see that you just opened and you hit us up and asked us to help you make it so you doing the right thing and only have one account. I said quit telling you that I understand, but that’s not the case with this so I sent them screenshots of our chats my emails everything they wouldn’t budge or for the hell that a year later I got on there again today and they told me to play that account and I said if I when he doesn’t screw me over again, they wouldn’t answer and then I said in fact, you owe me 600 bucks and then they said the same thing per terms and conditions blah blah blah so these guys are a rip off. I don’t even know why I was gonna consider playing with them again. By the way these reviews say that I’m using bad language when I use the word they were there I don’t know that’s weird? Don’t play with these guys. They are ridiculous. They’re cheaters and they will rip you off. However, when I paid my free $50 chip, I was able to get through the play through and I actually cashed out the $50 maximum amount you can win with the free money they gave me which doesn’t happen often but when I hit that 600 they did everything other their power to screw me over. What I like most about Jackbit is how fast everything is. Deposits are instant, and withdrawals don’t take long at all. It claims that it's probably fair but I can't see it. I don't know what the odds are of this happening but it happened to me. I put the dice game on auto play and twice on about 50 spins it got 10 in a row against me. I know this because I was using the martingale system so it stopped working due to lack of funds. Now I've read that once getting 10 in a row is 1 in 1024. The first time it happened was after about 60 to 80 rolls I would guess. Very unlikely for that to happen twice in such a short span but I have no clue exactly how unlikely it is. The good thing is that I was just using the faucet money but the chances to win should be the same for both.Ok I tired again this morning and within 2 minutes on auto play it went up to 14 straight times for the opposite side to stop it. I don't believe it's possible to win here. That's rediculous! 14 in a row is 1 in 16,384. I cannot it be convinced that this place is even close to fair. After I restarted it it went for another 6 straight so that's 20 in a row which is 1 in over 1 million chance of happening. Ok this is happening WAY too much for it to be chance. It just took me out with 12 in a row which is 1 in over 4000. Taken all together I would guess it would be 1 in 1 billion it would happen that many times by chance. Not possible to win on dice with the faucet anyways. That brings everything else into suspicion if they are going to cheat on that. There is absolutely no way in that few of spins that it could land that many in a row that many times without it being doctored.
