Good customer service and problem solving. Must admit I thought I was chatting with a real agent at first lol.

I only downloaded this app because the ad I saw led me to believe this was owned by MrBeast, which it is not, plus it's very misleading when it comes to withdrawals. Thank God I only deposited $45 and the minimum withdrawal amount is $160. I finally won/earned that amount and attempted to cash out but there is a $60 fee to have a wire transfer that also ask for your banks "bic/swift", which I had never heard of. There is a $30 fee to receive a check by mail. Transferring to my Bitcoin address would have been free but then I found I had earned enough to withdraw but needed to wager another $6234.49 to receive the minimum withdrawal amount of $160 US dollars. The app also said I needed to verify my account by uploading either photos of my DLs, Passport, Proof of Residence and etc. I attempted to complete this process by the app/website did not allow. Finally I went back to the Google Play store to write a review but I can no longer find the app.

SCROOGE Casino has become my new favorite social/sweeps casino around. They have some of the best offers available with added value including free spins, have fast redemption processing times and options to withdraw (including crypto and direct bank transfers) which I’ve always received on average within 12 hours (except on weekends), and by far have the best customer support I’ve encountered. Although their live chat says they only operate until 8PM they have always responded after hours usually within 5-10 minutes, and if they can’t resolve the issue after hours they follow through with resolution and set clear expectations on timeframes and provide clear information to any questions you may have. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had and always some of the best fun and biggest wins at a low cost with many options to play! Highly recommend!
