Customer support has been responsive, but it often takes a while to get a clear answer about bugs. I do enjoy the social aspect of this app, as connecting with friends adds to the fun. Generally, the gameplay is smooth, but I'm hoping for an option to reduce the frequency of ads in the future. It's great that there's a detailed stats page showing my performance, but I'd like to see more insights about my gameplay trends. I appreciate the collection aspect of this game; it keeps me motivated to play regularly.

The game sometimes lags during high-stakes moments, which can be frustrating. I've also noticed that the ads can be a bit intrusive, especially when they pop up mid-game.
