I was doubtful of playing online, with real money. I started with playing less than a dollar, hit some jackpots pretty quickly and then expected some long delay in cashing out $500. Then, no problem, within an hour $500 in my Paypal. Since then I have cashed out well over $5000. I can't say I win everytime, but compared to playing at my local indian casino in California, I am doing way better with Go Go Gold, at lower bets, than I have ever done at my local casino. It is legit if you question that. 110% real wins and real money sent with no delay and no bull$hit hoops or anything to deal with.

It's been over a week since I deposited money but I still haven't entered the casino. When I contact them via live chat, they don't give me a straight answer. I've never seen such a crappy casino in my life.

I recently submitted a formal complaint to CasinoGuru regarding Bino.bet, after waiting several weeks for a €3,996 withdrawal that is still stuck on “pending”. Despite multiple emails, Bino.bet continues to respond with vague excuses like “please wait” or “we are processing it,” but nothing ever happens. With my complaint, I included clear evidence: screenshots of the pending withdrawal, email conversations, and the exact dates involved.I’ve read many positive stories from other players who had their issues resolved through CasinoGuru, which gives me confidence that they take these cases seriously and genuinely try to help.I’ll update this review based on how things progress, but for now: huge respect to CasinoGuru for offering a platform where players can be heard. We truly need this in the online casino world.
