This is amazing!

I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement. For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow their process and protect myself, but it feels like they’re making it as hard as possible.I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned that a casino in 2025 can still handle self-exclusion this poorly. I will not be using this site again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.EDIT: They wrote all this back, but know that I have yet to receive any email back from them after a week and my account is still fully active :)

I have played Spades all of my life and your game is the worst. The "partner" constantly takes too many bags which leads to a LOSS. FIX THE PROBLEM OR REMOVE THE GAME

It is a awesome place to go play has awesome costumer support and fast redemption

Everything is great except the withdrawal time for credit card deposits
