I love this site, the wins are great, bonus could be better, but the customer service via Facebook messenger is top notch! Highly recommend!

I’ve been playing here for a longtime and since I’ve began things seemed pretty consistent however lately it’s taken a downhill turn monthly bonuses are non existent, asking to speak to a host is now difficult you have to tell the CSR why you need to speak with them. I do love this casino but payouts should be same day not 24-48 and they should work on the weekend to send deposits especially when bitcoin is your withdrawal method. For the most part I’m happy with them and will still play here and all the sister casinos

Won $50 on free spins. Denied the withdrawal request for "multiple accounts", which apparently was determined on the basis of IP address. None of the other accounts belonged to me, nor was I on a shared device. Matches likely due to the fact that Apple devices re-use IP addresses. When I asked for an explanation, the representative refused to provide one, simply telling me I should read the terms and conditions so I'm not so confused.

I signed up at Tenex Casino, deposited some crypto, and immediately got a 100% welcome bonus - smooth and fast. Games like Sweet Bonanza loaded without lag and looked great on my phone. I cashed out ~$100 and withdrawal via crypto was processed in under 15 minutes - no issues. Support answered my questions quickly and professionally. Overall, a great experience: clear interface, fast payments, and honest bonus terms.
