The site is great. The games are good. Very few crashes ever happen with slots. Response and help is awesome. Cash out times could be a little quicker but still not long wait times for cash out.

Even small wins feel rewarding already

Contact support assigned to me is attentive and helpful. She made sure everything is set and resolved my query within minutes. Great service!

The sign up bonus and other promotions they have are great. Like the lucky charm chests you can open after making a deposit, that's one thing that is offered only on bitofgold. Deposits are made quickly with no issues. If I could recommend any improvements it would definitely be less pop ups on the site and if the withdrawal process could be more efficient. It says withdrawals can take up to 24 hours but you don't know if it's going to be paid out within an hour or take the full 24 hours. Also I recently had a withdrawal declined bc it was won from bonus credits earned on the gaming platform. I would understand if i hadn't made any deposits to that platform recently but I had made deposits that same day and days leading up to it.
