I had some issues with duplicate charges and it took a while but they worked with me to ultimately resolve the issues and showed that they do care about their customers.

I love del oro casino as they have awesome customer support services and their gaming offers as well as game selection are amazing and always are so quick and easy to play. I thank them for always giving freebies and making sure that they always take care of any questions or issues

Good site like it

I was getting the run around from a casino from which had made a withdrawal request. The request was approved but the payment never came. After months talking with their support I found casinomeister's player arbitration service. I opened a ticket not thinking it would help but it couldn't hurt anything. They replied 2 days later and said they were contact the casino. 3 days after that my bitcoin wallet had received the funds from my withdrawal. I was amazed and happy about the quick and positive resolution. If it wasn't for their intervention I'm sure I would still be looking for the payment. Thank you very much for the help and if anyone else has issues with online casinos open a ticket with this site and let them get what you're owed!
